Hi friends my name is Bri, welcome to my page, so glad you're here! I'm 34 years old, a wife, mom, daughter, believer, and am passionate about helping others reach their health goals and achieve optimal Wellness! Important to note I am a follower of Jesus Christ and a child of God so everything I do stems from a passion to serve Him and others! I am married to my incredible husband Stephen, and a mom to our 3 amazing kids Ella, Gia, and Banks. I have always had a passion for the health and wellness industry, and was an athlete my entire life. After having my 3rd child I felt like my body completely changed. My hormones were out of whack, I had insulin resistance, low energy, and serious brain fog. Pregnancy and years of not taking my health seriously, left me struggling to get through each day. Starting in 2025 I knew I needed to make serious changes if I wanted to live the purposeful life God had planned for me. I made small changes, set small goals and consistently hit them until new habits formed. My body was resisting the change until God put MAKE Wellness in my path. They are a new and innovative company that has recently brought to market the first ever Bioactive Precision Peptides. Their peptides are sourced completely from nature and are taken orally. "I’m 52 years old. I’ve gained 30 lbs since April of 2021, really without explanation.
I eat clean, workout, teach Pilates, ballet, stretch/strength/conditioning and have had no major changes to lifestyle. I’m very active.
